Hi, I’m Leo, a platform engineer helping teams adapt their ways of working for the AI era without creating chaos or burnout. My background is in backend and infrastructure engineering for AI systems and ML teams. Right now I’m at Aetheron, deploying agentic teams into businesses across Australia and evolving our engineering workflows so we can build fast with confidence.

I’m interested in how AI is changing the shape of software engineering, and how we can build AI systems that are safe, reliable, and trustworthy. To me, much of that work lives in the control layer—in harnesses, deployments, and operating environments—but I’m also interested in interpretability and safety at the model level and in the broader question of how AI may reshape societies and economies.
